2020 season proudly announces the recent planting of thousands of fruit trees. At Hayden's, we want to make sure all who visit can enjoy picking their own fruit.
In addition to U-Pick, there's plenty of fresh fruit such as apples, pears, sweet and sour cherries and more, readily available at the stand.
Friendly staff is there to help, as well as answer any questions you may have.
The orchard grows yellow and white peaches as well as donut peaches.
Also available: apples, apricots, nectarines, plums, cherries and pears! All delicious fruits are grown right here on Hayden's 64 acre farm!

GRILLING YOUR PEACHES?
Here's the first recipe of many you might want to try! With all those peaches you brought home from Hayden's, you"ll want to make good yummy use of them! Don't forget to stop back to our website for more recipes. Feel free to send in your own recipes using any one of the fruits listed on our site!
4 peaches (preferably organic), cut in quarters
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
8-10 fresh mint leaves, chopped medium corse
the zest and juice of 1/2 small orange
vanilla bean ice cream, greek yogurt or lightly sweetened whipped cream to serve.
Heat your grill (preferably wood or charcoal fired).
Mix the cut peaches with the sugar, mint, orange zest and juice, marinate for at least ten minutes. (This can be marinated up to 4 hours ahead of cooking, any more time can result in soggy peaches).
Using tongs or other tool, place the peaches on the grill. Reserve the marinating liquid. Cook while turning the peaches to caramelize on all sides. Place the hot, grilled peaches back in the marinating liquid and rest for about two-four minutes.
Serve with any of the above dairy toppings are any other delicious complement of your choosing!
You can replace the mint with fresh rosemary, lavender or thyme!
